Pennsylvania: Final Determination of Adequacy of the Commonwealth's Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to determine the adequacy of state municipal solid waste permit programs under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA will approve adequate state programs as applications are submitted, prior to the final promulgation of a State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR).
