Technical Amendment, Addition of Table of Exception Decisions to Early-Entry Prohibition, Worker Protection Standard; Final Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is granting an administrative exception to the Worker Protection Standard for 2 years, allowing early entry by workers to harvest greenhouse-grown cut roses under specified conditions.
