Administrative Exception to Worker Protection Standard Early Entry Prohibition for Harvesting Cut Roses

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) granted an administrative exception to the Worker Protection Standard for the cut rose industry, allowing early entry for a 2-year period to harvest greenhouse-grown cut roses.
