Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to use Pirate Insecticide; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry has requested an emergency exemption to use the pesticide 4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(ethoxymethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1Hpyrrole-3-carbonitrile to control beet armyworms on up to 200,000 acres of cotton in Louisiana.
