National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Categories: Early Reductions Program High Risk List Amendment

The EPA proposed to delete acrylic acid from the list of high-risk hazardous air pollutants, in accordance with a settlement agreement in the case Basic Acrylic Monomer Manufacturers v EPA.
