Environmental Protection Agency Approves Oregon's Contingency Measure Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Oregon's contingency measure plan as a revision to the state's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for carbon monoxide (CO), effective August 29, 1994, unless adverse comments are received by July 28, 1994.
