Technical Amendment in Response to Court Decision on Asbestos; Manufacture, Importation, Processing and Distribution Prohibitions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the Asbestos Ban and Phase Out Rule in the Code of Federal Regulations to conform to a court decision and an EPA factfinding conducted in accordance with the court's decision.
