EPA Proposes Limited Approval/Limited Disapproval of District of Columbia's Oxygenated Gasoline Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a limited approval/limited disapproval of the District of Columbia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which implements an oxygenated gasoline program to strengthen the District of Columbia SIP and address Clean Air Act requirements.
