State of Florida; Final Determination of Adequacy of State/Tribal Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a final determination regarding the adequacy of the State of Florida's municipal solid waste landfill permit program, in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The determination is based on statutory authorities and requirements prior to the final promulgation of the State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR).
