EPA Proposes Approval of Wisconsin's Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve portions of Wisconsin's State Implementation Plan revision, which establishes an enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program in the Milwaukee and Sheboygan areas, with a deadline to attain National Ambient Air Quality Standards by 2010.
