EPA Receives 200 Premanufacture Notices for New Chemical Substances

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received 200 premanufacture notices for new chemical substances, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act. The notices were submitted at least 90 days before manufacture or import commences.
