USEPA Approves Exemption Requests for Ohio's Toledo and Dayton Ozone Nonattainment Areas

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has approved two exemption requests from the Clean Air Act requirements for the Toledo and Dayton ozone nonattainment areas in Ohio, citing attainment of the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone.
