Receipt of Application for Emergency Exemption to Use Imidacloprid; Solicitation of Public Comment

The Arizona Department of Agriculture has requested an emergency exemption from the EPA to use the pesticide imidacloprid on various crops, including lettuce and broccoli, to control the sweet potato whitefly. The EPA is soliciting public comment before making a decision.
