EPA Proposes Alternate Threshold for Low-Level Toxic Chemical Releases

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing an alternate reporting threshold for facilities with low-level toxic chemical releases and transfers, in response to petitions from the Small Business Administration and the American Feed Industry Association.
