Court Lodges Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup at Former Occidental Petroleum Site

A federal court has approved a consent decree requiring Occidental Petroleum to clean up contaminated soil and groundwater at a former oil drilling site in California, in compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
