US Secretary Proposes Waiving Rule for Education Research Centers

The US Secretary proposes waiving a rule that prohibits project extensions involving additional federal funding for two education research centers, the National Center for Minority Special Education Research and Outreach and the Outreach Alliance 2000 Project, to ensure efficient use of federal funds. This waiver will allow for the issuance of continuation awards to both centers.
