US Proposes to Remove Form I-151 from Evidence of Lawful Permanent Resident Registration

The US Immigration and Naturalization Service is proposing to remove Form I-151, Alien Registration Receipt Card, from the list of forms accepted as proof of registration for lawful permanent resident aliens, in order to establish Form I-551, Alien Registration Receipt Card, as the sole registration card for permanent residents.
