Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation Liquor Ordinance

The Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation has adopted a liquor ordinance, which regulates the manufacture, distribution, possession, sale, and consumption of liquor on the reservation. The ordinance was adopted by the Business Committee on May 1, 1995, and can be contested in tribal court if a license is canceled or suspended.
