Executive Office for Immigration Review Amends Regulations for Suspension of Deportation Form

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has updated its regulations to reflect the transfer of responsibility for the Form I-256A, Application for Suspension of Deportation, from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to EOIR, resulting in the new form number EOIR-40.
