Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements With Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and Other Non-Profit Organizations

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published a revision to OMB Circular A-110 on November 29, 1993, which outlines the administrative requirements for grants and agreements with institutions of higher education, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations. This revision implements the new guidelines for federal agencies and subawards made by states to non-profit entities.
