U.S. Parole Commission Amends Regulation to Designate Hearing Examiner

The U.S. Parole Commission is updating its rules to allow the Chairman to appoint a Commissioner to serve as a hearing examiner, replacing an outdated rule that gave Regional Commissioners this authority.
