EPA Lodges Consent Decree with ExxonMobil for CERCLA Cleanup at Former Refinery Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree with ExxonMobil, requiring the oil company to clean up contaminated soil and groundwater at a former refinery site in New Jersey, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA)
