Use and Examination of Materials Submitted Pursuant to the Antitrust Civil Process Act

The Department of Justice is revising its regulation on the use and examination of materials submitted under the Antitrust Civil Process Act to include answers to interrogatories and transcripts of oral testimony, and to clarify the authority of Department of Justice agents to use and copy these materials. The changes aim to align the regulation with the current provisions of the Act and improve internal consistency.
