Executive Office for Immigration Review Board Adjudication Procedures Updated

The Executive Office for Immigration Review has issued a final rule expanding the circumstances under which the Chairman of the Board of Immigration Appeals may designate the Chief Attorney Examiner as an Alternate Board Member, and revising the Board's procedure for handling unopposed motions and motions to withdraw appeals, to ensure efficient operation.
