DOJ Proposes Extension for Curb Ramp Installation in State and Local Government Services

The Department of Justice has proposed a rule to extend the deadline for installing curb ramps at existing pedestrian walkways in state and local government facilities, transportation, and other public areas, with the new deadline set for January 26, 2000, and a later deadline of January 26, 2005, for other areas.
