FDA Proposes Regulations for Safe Processing and Importing of Fish and Fishery Products
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing regulations to ensure the safe processing and importing of fish and fishery products, using Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles to monitor selected processes.
