Medicare Program; Change in Provider Agreement Regulations Related to Federal Employee Health Benefits

The proposed rule would amend Medicare regulations to limit payments for inpatient hospital services to retired Federal workers enrolled in FEHB plans and authorize HCFA to terminate or nonrenew a hospital's Medicare provider agreement for failing to accept the Medicare rate as payment in full.
