Prospective Grant of Co-Exclusive License: Type Alpha Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) Receptor Gene

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is contemplating a co-exclusive world-wide license to practice the invention in U.S. Patent Applications SN 07/308,282 and SN 07/915,884 to Targeted Genetics Corporation, with the license expected to be limited to gene therapy treatment of cardiovascular disease.
