New Animal Drugs for Use in Animal Feeds; Maduramicin Ammonium With Chlortetracycline

The FDA is amending the animal drug regulations to remove approval of a new animal drug application held by American Cyanamid Co. The NADA provided for the use of maduramicin ammonium and chlortetracycline in broiler chicken feed to prevent coccidiosis and reduce mortality due to Escherichia coli infections.
