Aid to Families With Dependent Children Increase in Stepparent Income Disregard
The US government has increased the stepparent earned income disregard for the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program from $75 to $90, as mandated by section 13742 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) of 1993.
