Listing of Color Additives for Coloring Sutures; D&C Violet No. 2

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the color additive regulations to allow the safe use of D&C Violet No. 2 in poly( -caprolactone) absorbable sutures for general surgery, in response to a petition filed by Concept, Inc.
