Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Determination of Endangered Status for the Plant Auerodendron Pauciflorum

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has determined Auerodendron pauciflorum, an evergreen shrub endemic to Puerto Rico, to be an endangered species due to habitat destruction from development, with only 10 individuals remaining.
