USGS Abandons 15-Minute Topographic Map Series

The U.S. Geological Survey has officially discontinued the 15-minute topographic quadrangle map series, citing the completion of the more detailed 7.5-minute series, which provides greater detail at a 1:24,000-scale, and the agency's inability to support both series.
