OSM Announces Receipt of Proposal Amendment to North Dakota Permanent Regulatory Program

The Office of Surface Mining (OSM) has received a proposal amendment to the North Dakota permanent regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, which includes changes to the State's revegetation success document.
