Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designated Ports for Listed Plants

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has amended regulations to add 8 US Department of Agriculture ports as designated ports for importing logs and lumber from endangered or threatened trees, and designated the USDA port at Wilmington, NC, for exporting Venus flytrap plants.
