OSM Announces Receipt of Proposed Amendment to Indiana Regulatory Program

The Office of Surface Mining (OSM) has received a proposed amendment to the Indiana regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, which aims to revise the program concerning disturbances in a floodway on a mine site.
