Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Final Rule To Establish Additional Manatee Protection Areas in Kings Bay, Crystal River, Florida

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has established three additional permanent manatee sanctuaries and expanded an existing one in Kings Bay, Crystal River, Florida, to protect the growing manatee population from harassment during the winter months.
