OSM Receives Proposed Amendment to Louisiana Regulatory Program

The Office of Surface Mining (OSM) has announced receipt of a proposed amendment to the Louisiana regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, which aims to revise revegetation success standards for forestry areas.
