Proposed Reestablishment of the Copper Flat Mine in Sierra County, NM

The Bureau of Land Management will direct the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Copper Flat open-pit copper mining project in Sierra County, New Mexico, which would resume mining operations at a site previously developed from April 1982 to July 1982.
