Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement on the Draft Pacific Coastal Barriers Study

The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Pacific Coastal Barriers Study, mandated by the Coastal Barriers Improvement Act of 1990, and is soliciting public comments.
