Federal Agencies Publish Final Rules for Truth in Lending Act Regulations

The Federal Reserve Board and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau are releasing updated rules for the Truth in Lending Act, which will adjust the exemption threshold for certain consumer credit transactions based on the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, effective January 1, 2020.

Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve Board, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Jointly Issue Interim Final Rule on Examination Cycle for Small Insured Depository Institutions and Foreign Banks
