Notice of Intent To Prepare a Supplement to the Blackleaf Environmental Impact Statement To Analyze a Drilling Proposal in the Blackleaf Unit

The Bureau of Land Management received a Notice of Staking for a proposed well in the Blackleaf Unit on January 20, 1994, and will analyze the proposal upon receipt of an Application for Permit to Drill.
