Prohibition Against Certain Flights Between the United States and Haiti

The United States has implemented a prohibition on flights between the US and Haiti, with exceptions for regularly scheduled air carrier passenger flights and flights approved by the US Government, in accordance with Executive Order 12914 and UN Security Council Resolution 917.
