Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Port Huron to Mackinac Island Race

The US Coast Guard is establishing a Safety Zone in Lower Lake Huron, the St. Clair River, and Black River for the Port Huron to Mackinac Island Race on July 16, 1994, to ensure the safety of life and property due to increased boating traffic.
