Airworthiness Directives; Aerospatiale Model ATR42-200, -300, and -320 Series Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration proposes a new airworthiness directive for Aerospatiale Model ATR42-200, -300, and -320 series airplanes to modify wiring in elevator controls and pitch trim dissymmetry monitoring equipment to prevent reduced controllability in the event of engine or propeller failure.
