Federal Reserve Board Adopts Proposal to Extend Financial Statements for Holding Companies

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is adopting a proposal to extend the Financial Statements for Holding Companies (FR Y-9 Reports) for three years, with revision, and submit the revised reports to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The revised reports will become effective as of December 31, 2019.
