Determination That Nonconforming 1989 Honda Legend Passenger Cars Are Eligible for Importation

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has determined that 1989 Honda Legend passenger cars are eligible for importation into the United States, as they are substantially similar to the 1989 Acura Legend and can be modified to meet safety standards.
