Safety Zone Regulation; Reactor Compartment Move, Puget Sound, WA

The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing a 300-yard safety zone around tugs BARBARA/RICHARD FOSS, a towline, and barge NESTUCCA during their transit from Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington, to south of Latitude 47 deg.32'N, Queets, Washington, on August 18, 1994.
