Publication of Guidance on Certification of Metropolitan Planning Processes; Notification of FY 94 Reviews

The FHWA and FTA Administrators issued guidance on implementing the Federal certification of metropolitan planning organizations' planning process, outlining principles and interim procedures. The guidance also announces the schedule of FY 1994 reviews, with approximately twenty reviews planned, half of which will be pilots.
