Use of Trisodium Phosphate on Raw, Chilled Poultry Carcasses

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) proposes to amend poultry products inspection regulations to permit the use of trisodium phosphate (TSP) as an antimicrobial agent on raw, chilled poultry carcasses.
